Most air fresheners come scented at the factory and that is the end of the conversation. Ours arrive ready to be re-scented with whichever of our seventeen oils you prefer — and re-scented again, differently, whenever you want something else.
What we mean by custom
Customisation here is the fragrance, not the artwork. You choose your piece from more than 130 existing designs, then choose which of our seventeen re-scenting oils goes on it, and how much. When it fades you re-scent it — same fragrance, or a different one.
We do not currently print custom artwork, logos or personal photographs onto fresheners. If that is what you need, we are not the right supplier and we would rather say so here than after you have ordered.
Two decisions
A piece you like, a fragrance you chose, at a strength you set. That is the whole of it.
More than 130 designs across crosses, icons, scripture and statements. This is the part you will look at every day, so pick it for that rather than for the scent it happens to arrive with.
Seventeen re-scenting oils, from cold and clean through to warm and resinous. Any oil works on any piece, so the two decisions are entirely independent of each other.
Three to five drops per side is the usual guide. Two is plenty for a small cabin or a sensitive nose. This is the part no factory-scented freshener lets you control.
Re-scent with the same oil to keep it consistent, or switch to something else entirely once the previous scent has faded out. The piece stays; the fragrance is yours to reconsider.

Before it reaches you
Every design starts with the image rather than the scent. The imagery is drawn from Christian and Orthodox tradition — crosses, icons, scripture — and each one is chosen deliberately rather than assembled from stock artwork.
From there it is a question of reproduction. The piece has to hold fine detail on an absorbent material that will later be saturated with oil, repeatedly, for as long as you keep it. That constraint shapes the material and the print more than anything aesthetic does.
What we do not do is print to order. Designs are released as a range, and there are more than 130 of them precisely so that choosing feels like choosing rather than settling. If a piece sells out, it is because it sold out.

A freshener that will be re-scented dozens of times has to survive being wet, dried and wet again without the print degrading or the card warping.
That is the difference between something built to be refreshed and something built to be used once and discarded.
The case for it
The argument is not that a chosen scent smells better than an assigned one. It is that you are the only person who knows what you want to be sitting in.
A car is a small, sealed, often hot space, and fragrance behaves differently in it than anywhere else. What is pleasant on a shelf can be overwhelming by the time you reach the motorway. Being able to set the amount yourself — two drops rather than five — solves the single most common complaint people have about car fragrance, and no pre-scented product can offer it.
There is also the matter of changing your mind. Tastes shift with the season. Something clean and cool suits an Australian summer; something warmer suits the months either side of it. When the fragrance is separate from the object, that is a two-minute adjustment rather than a new purchase.
And it means the piece itself stops being disposable. You bought it because you liked the design. There is no reason for it to end up in a bin because a fragrance ran out.

Black Ice · Ocean · Ice Spring · New Car
Cold, clean and unsweetened. Black Ice is the sharpest; Ice Spring is the same idea with more air around it. Ocean and New Car are the neutral options, and the ones to choose for a car you share or drive for work.
Family 02
Watermelon · Strawberry · Grape · Blueberry · Honey Peach · Honey Melon
The most immediately noticeable family, and the one passengers comment on. Honey Peach and Honey Melon sit softer and rounder than the rest. Fruit reads strong in a small cabin, so start at two drops per side.
Family 03
Vanilla · Coconut · Strawberry Cream · Bubblegum
Warm and comforting rather than sharp. Vanilla is the most forgiving fragrance in the range and the one to try if air fresheners usually give you a headache. Bubblegum is the playful end of it.
Family 04
Jasmine · Sandalwood · Livani
The closest the range gets to fine fragrance. Jasmine is properly floral without being soapy. Sandalwood is dry warm wood. Livani is church incense — resinous and quiet, and unlike anything else in car fragrance.

It means you decide what it smells like. You choose the design from the existing range, choose which of the seventeen re-scenting oils goes on it, and decide how many drops to use. When the scent fades you re-apply — the same fragrance or a different one.
Yes. Any oil works on any piece, and there is nothing stopping you running one scent in one car and something else in another. Mixed scents across a bulk order are also fine.
Let the existing fragrance fade out first, then apply three to five drops of the new oil to one side, wait a few minutes for it to absorb, flip and repeat. Applying a new scent over the remains of a different one gives you a blend of the two rather than a clean change.
